Online Returns And Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn´t right, let us know. OLA Market gladly accepts returns of defective products within 30 days of purchase. We'll send you a replacement immediately free of defect from manufacturing or workmanship. If you´d rather have a refund, we´ll take care of that, too.
Please note:
Product that is removed from its original packaging cannot be returned. OLA Market can only accept returns or exchanges of products with the original packaging.
OLA Market Online offers several convenient ways to return and exchange product:

You can always return products purchased online. Just tell us what is your original invoice number and the credit card you used to place the order. All products purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid.
mail it in
For returns: Place the product in a box with your copy of the original invoice, then send the box back to us via insured mail. All product purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: Circle on your original invoice the item(s) you would like to exchange. Then, include a copy of the invoice along with your product in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We´ll send re-printed product or in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new product and process your credit for returned product as soon as we receive it.
Easy exchange: Return product with the original invoice to the address below, and order your new product at the same time by calling 1 877 OLA 1881 anytime. In-stock items will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new product and process your credit for returned product as soon as we receive it.

Things To Keep In Mind...
Online product sent back to OLAMarket.net 30 days or more after the date of purchase cannot be accepted/processed as a return.
Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If the original payment was an OLA Market Gift Card or OLA Market Certificate, you will receive a refund as an OLA Market Certificate.
If the original payment was a cash, check, money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail.
