Shipping Options
We offer both standard and express delivery:
Standard
Standard shipping is valid for purchases at OLAMarket.net only. Offer is good for standard shipping only to the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. If you choose express shipping, additional charges may apply.
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping orders to U.S. territories and P.O. Boxes in Alaska & Hawaii arrive within 4 to 7 business days, and to APO/FPO addresses within 14 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Next Business Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping is not available for cities outside GTA (Canada), P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Canada Post, United Parcel Service (UPS) orFedEx.
Estimating Delivery Dates
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipments to International Addresses
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.
Address Validation
To ensure your packages are delivered to the correct address quickly, we compare the address you entered to the Canada Post or U.S. Postal Services (USPS) database of valid address. That way, we can help identify and correct any typos or errors in the address you entered. If we find a mis-match, we will show you the errors Canada Post or USPS found and ask you either to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. While we recommend you accept the changes recommended by USPS, we do give you the option to keep the address as you entered it, in case you are sure the address you entered is correct. When we check the address with USPS, we also add the +4 digits to your zip code to ensure fast delivery.
